You can feel safe shopping with secondsin.com. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) to encrypt your personal and credit card information during the order checkout process. Second Sin further guarantees that your online transaction will be secure, and that your credit card and personal information will be protected.

$20.00 minimum order value
We have recently implement a very reasonable $20.00 minimum order value for credit card payments. There is no minimum order value for any other forms of payment.

GST Tax Invoices
All prices when viewing in AU$ are inclusive of GST for Australian customers and a GST Tax Invoice will be included with your order. NZ$ pricing and orders do not include GST.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance
All packages are dispatched via Australia Post Registered or Express mail. Shipping, Handling & Insurance charges are dependant upon the weight, size & value of your parcel. These charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. We have several shipping options for you to choose from, each is outlined at checkout along with the corresponding prices.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to the following countries: USA, UK & New Zealand. Charges depend on the size and value of the order. The minimum charge for the different mailing options:

Delivery Times
Shipping times vary according to location, from date of dispatch please allow 7 business days for registered post delivery within Australia; overnight for express. All items are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of your order unless a backlog is specified above. Orders are shipped via the Australia Post shipping method you select during checkout. Not all shipping options are available to all post codes; the shipping options displayed to you during checkout are the only options available to your post code.

Payment Types Accepted:
Australia: Visa & MasterCard, Australia Post Money Order, Direct Deposit (ANZ).
New Zealand: NZ$ Direct Deposit (ANZ).
USA & UK: Paymate – Visa & Mastercard. Note: Paymate charge a small fee for this service, please refer to the paymate fee schedule for more information.

Credit Card Surcharge (Australia)
A 2.5% surcharge is applied to credit card payments (VISA/MasterCard) with a fee cap of $3.75 per order – eg. If your order value is $50 the 2.5% credit card surcharge will be $1.25. The surcharge only applies to the first $150 of your order; an order value of $150 or $750 will both have a maximum surcharge of $3.75 applied.

Exchanges & Refunds
Please note a 15% restocking fee is charged if you wish to return an item. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning colors, sizes or shapes before you place your order. No returns accepted on bulk purchases or special orders - these sales are final.

Returns
Second Sin will gladly accept returns. Unused/Unopened products in their original packaging can be shipped back to us for in-store credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be sent registered & insured in original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged unless the goods were shipped to you in error. If you need to return a product please contact us and we will send you detailed return instructions. Be sure to include: your order number and the problem with your order.

Please make sure you keep all original packaging as returns must be sent in the original package received in. All returns must be authorized in advance & the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Items need to be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Claims for defective or missing merchandise must be made within 7 days from receipt of the goods. No claims recognised after 7 days.

NOTE: Due to health regulations Ear Wires, Hooks, Threads & other components designed for piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the 7 day time frame:

Shipping charges, Special Order items, Bulk Purchases, Clearance or Sale items, Items for use in piercings (ear threads, hooks, studs etc.) Any items that have been used. Any items that are not returned in original condition and sealed packaging.

Backorders
If due to unforeseen circumstances an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will issue a credit for use on a future purchase (or in the case of a credit card payment (excluding paymate payments) you will not be charged for out of stock items). If a particular item is critical to your order, please make sure to contact us to confirm availability before making payment - otherwise your order may ship without the item you really needed.

Wholesale
All bulk quantity/wholesale discounts are shown in the catalog - no further discounts apply. If you are after a large quantity of an item we stock in a different color or size please contact us for availablity and pricing information.
